Return Policy
Due to our wide selection of crystal and shirt colors and styles, each of our crystal rhinestone products is made-to-order per your specifications. As a result, we can only accept returns under the following guidelines. All requests for returns or exchanges must be made within 14 days from receipt of the products.
Custom & Personalized Products
Custom and personalized products are only exchangeable if they are damaged, or differ from what you ordered online. We will also accept returns on any items that are delivered after a promised deadline.
All products with a custom name, phrase or unique selection (such as a symbol) are considered to be Custom & Personalized.
Havaiana Flip Flops
Due to the custom-made nature of our product, we do not allow returns on any of our Swarovski crystal Havaianas. Each pair is custom-made specifically for you when ordered.
We do accept exchanges on unworn merchandise within 7 days of receipt, as long as the item is shipped back in the original packaging, using an insured service. Please ensure you package the shoes carefully to avoid damage in transit. If we receive the shoes and they are damaged due to poor packaging, you will not be able to exchange them for a new pair.
IMPORTANT: Once the shoes have been worn, we do not allow returns or exchanges for any reason!
Standard Merchandise
We will exchange items that are not custom or personalized for a different size of the identical item (same style & color), with no fee. We accept returns of standard merchandise within 14 days of receipt. There is a $10 re-stocking fee per item on returns and shipping charges are not reimbursed.
